Clients reviews about Tigers Transport

Travelled with Tigers Transport for a trip to Royal Ascot and had a really good experience overall. The coach was comfortable and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The driver was early for pickup, which made the start of the day stress-free, and just as organised on the return—ready and waiting at the agreed point, so there was no hanging around or confusion. After a long day at the races, especially with a few people not having the best luck, the mood on the way back could have easily dipped. Instead, Afwan kept things light-hearted and lifted everyone’s spirits with humour, good banter, and even a bit of singing, which got a few laughs and made the journey feel like part of the day out itself. A well-run trip all round and would happily travel with Tigers Transport again. ~ Oliver B

Travelled with Tigers Transport recently for a day at Royal Ascot and couldn’t have asked for a better journey. The coach was comfortable and well looked after, but the highlight was definitely our driver, Afwan. From the moment we set off, he made everyone feel welcome and relaxed. He had a great sense of humour, kept the atmosphere upbeat, and wasn’t afraid to have a laugh with the passengers. There were even a few songs along the way which got plenty of smiles and made the trip feel a lot more personal than your average coach journey. At the same time, his driving was smooth and professional throughout, and everything ran exactly as planned. It’s clear he enjoys what he does, and that really comes across in the service he provides. Would happily travel with Tigers Transport again, especially if Afwan is behind the wheel. ~ Steve A

Had a fantastic experience for our family trip to Stonehenge. From start to finish, everything was seamless and well-organized. The booking process was straightforward, and Zara, who handled our reservation, was not only helpful but also a delight to chat with. She made the process easy and hassle-free. On the day of the trip, our driver, Ash, was excellent—professional, courteous, and friendly, making the journey even more enjoyable. The van was clean, spacious, and comfortable, ensuring a smooth ride. Everything ran on schedule, from departure to arrival, which we truly appreciated. Overall highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant transport service. Great customer service, punctuality, and comfort ♥️ ~ rezariemie

Tiger Transport are amaizing, excellent customer service, very professional and extremely helpful. Spoke to Zara who helped with my trip arrangement to the Isle of White. I was calling and messaging constantly yet Zara never cause me to feel like a bother. When contacting online companies there are so many unknowns and what ifs. But Zara exercise patience throughout giving me a sigh of relief each time. 24 hrs prior to our outing I recieved all the relevant details i needed even the name of the Driver, this was then followed by a message from the driver introducing himself and he was amaizing. Tiger Transport continue to be your AMAIZING self. See you next year. 😊 ~ Camesha W

Recently used Tigers Transport (not directly booked by myself) for a trip to Royal Ascot and had a great experience from start to finish. The coach was comfortable, clean, and exactly what you’d want for a day out, but what really stood out was our driver, Afwan. He was friendly, approachable, and helped create a really good atmosphere throughout the journey. He had everyone laughing, got involved with the group, and even treated us to a bit of singing along the way, which definitely added to the fun and made the trip more memorable. Despite keeping things light-hearted and entertaining, he remained professional throughout and made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. It’s not often you come across a driver who goes the extra mile to make the journey itself part of the experience. A genuinely enjoyable trip and a big thank you to Afwan for helping make the day even better. ~ Richard H

We recently booked a coach with Tiger Travel for a Scout residential trip to the New Forest, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and professional, with great customer service & communication throughout. Travelling with a group of young people can sometimes be challenging, but Tiger Travel made it easy, especially by allowing food on the coach, which is a big plus compared to many other companies. Our drivers, Numan and Amar, were fantastic - friendly, punctual, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond when it came to loading and unloading our bags, making the whole journey stress-free. Overall, a reliable and competitively priced service with a genuinely customer-focused approach. We’ll definitely be using Tiger Travel again and would highly recommend them to anyone planning group travel. ~ Nadiya M

I'm not really sure where to start apart from saying that Jay is an absolute mensch! Having to manage a group of 60 people day in day out for 10 days, it was more than just a relief to know that Jay was driving our coach! He was so kind and so considerate it seemed as if he was a big brother looking out for us to make sure we had everything we needed. Always willing to go the extra mile, Jay made sure everyday was a safe and successful one! Having had mixed experiences with coach drivers from other companies in the past, to say I was relieved and almost blessed would be an understatement! Jay and I (& the team) shared many jokes and he really helped us keep a smile on our faces for the duration of our European roadtrip! Thank you Jay, for your kindness, your smile and your support during our trip. You made our long journeys effortless and always did so with a smile! Jay is a credit to your company! ~ joel a

Excellent service from this Minibus & Coach company, we recently went out on a trip with an amazing driver named Afwan. Dare I say he dealt with every boundary with absolute professionalism, we navigated through a lot of extremely tight roads, but our driver got us there without a hitch. The children (and adults!) loved him, and continually asked us whether he could be our permanent driver. I will definitely be using Tigers Transport again for every future booking and will be sure to recommend to locals. Thank you again Afwan for making our day that much more special. ~ BJ S

Not to sound cliche but it was excellent service all round. Zara from the sales team was so good with communication and guidance, not to mention they’re prices. Extremely reasonable. Both coaches arrived early. Wahid and Justin (the drivers) took care of us along the whole journey. Both of them made the experience much better. Smooth travel and all well on time. I would not recommend them highly enough. Im probably understating how impressed I am with them here but honestly, Tiger Transport were amazing. ~ Nashwaan
