He communicated well via WhatsApp in the week building up, arrived in plenty of time before our departure, helped with all of our luggage and was so friendly and accommodating for the entire journey! I'm not really sure where to start apart from saying that Jay is an absolute mensch! Having to manage a group of 60 people day in day out for 10 days, it was more than just a relief to know that Jay was driving our coach! Overall, excellent service despite the rough start. Since the tour guide we booked did not show up (not affiliated with Tigers Transport), our bus driver Jeraj did his best to manage the situation and provide suggestions for the unexpected predicament. I would like to commend Jeraj for his clear communication and patience as most of our group was not fluent in English and/or were non-native speakers. Hi we had the pleasure of having Jeraj aka Jay for our trip with a mixed group of Kez’s Chai & Chat from SWIC and we went to Frinton on sea. What a jolly character and he made everyone smile. Just had an amazing trip with Afwan. It was going to be a long trip with alot of tired musicians, as we had just finished a day of shows in Lincoln and had get back to London. We arrived at 2:30am but all of the passengers felt at home on Afwans coach. He had some great jokes and was very communicative with timings, traffic and things.
